This privacy statement applies to our entire website, but not to pages from other providers to which you may find links on our pages.

All employees of our company are trained in accordance with section 5 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and are obliged to maintain data secrecy. Our in-house IT systems are continuously adapted to match the technical security precautions, current circumstances and requirements.

Logging of user data:
The SI POS  domain is administered by united-domains AG (tech-c). The data recorded during your visit to our website (user data) and traffic data (connection data) is collected, processed and used in accordance with the service contracts with Host Europe GmbH. Further information can be found in the General Terms and Conditions where applicable.

Cookies:
We use temporary cookies on our website so that the pages will display correctly. They include only the current session identifier and expire at the end of the session.

Right of access to personal data:
In accordance with sections 34 and 6b of the Federal Data Protection Act, users have the right to request, free of charge, the disclosure of the personal data stored about them. In addition, users are also entitled to have their personal data corrected, blocked or deleted in accordance with statutory provisions.
